Pre-Task 2 (Home countries): Case study in your country
Describe a tourism product in your country where extra income has been successfully generated by adapting an existing attraction to appeal to a new/different target group or segment.
Define the specifically targeted segment with whatever method you find the most appropriate (e.g. benefit segmentation, consumption practice, habits, demographics, special interest, special needs, special occasion, etc, or a combination of these).
Highlight the management and marketing approaches which have helped to achieve this success.

Format and timing:
A written and well-structured/referenced paper of max 5 pages to be handed in to the organizers on Monday, November 23rd, 2015; and, a 15-minute oral presentation (with PowerPoint or similar digital software per team to be given on Monday, November 23rd, 2015.
